How to Apply

To make an application to the Student Startup Festival 2019 Pitch Competition startups should provide a pitch deck with the following information (at a minimum):

There is no maximum limit for the number of slides in your deck

Are you NSW’s top student startup?! NSW’s premier pitch competition for student startups is back again in 2019! This year we’re partnered with CANVA and the City of Sydney on the hunt for the state’s top campus entrepreneurs!

The competition happens in three stages:

1. Online Application
2. Semi-Finals (23rd Sept)
3. Grand Final (10th Oct)

In both the Semis and Grand Finals startups will pitch in front of key members of Reinventure Group, Blackbird Ventures, and Airtree Ventures.

Rules

At least 1 co-founder is a tertiary education studentMust be based in NSWMust have a workable prototype/product, or paying customers
